• Fill in as much contact info as you can
• You must have a phone number
• Must fill in title starting with “GRLC”
• Sites – need as exact address as possible
• Subsites – extra field if needed, with address – each new site needs approval
Dealing with Officials
• Assignor chooses officials – 3 if available• Game rates and travel are set by contract
with MCLA• Referee is in charge of the crew• Contact Referee minimum 24 hours prior
to game, suggest earlier (e-mail is fine)• Game day changes – call ASAP• Charges for officials incurred once they
have left their home city
