ROMI MARKS A.K.A. TANGLED YOGI My journey with Zentangle began in a yoga class 6 years ago. I saw that my yoga teacher had done a bunch of these beautiful drawings and had placed them on her altar in our yoga studio. I had begun practicing yoga with her because I was suffering bouts of vertigo brought on by extreme stress and anxiety. Her Zentangle’s were so beautiful and intriguing. I had to learn more about this new transformative art she was practicing. So I began studying with her teacher and became absolutely absorbed by the Zentangle practice. Within a year I was in a CZT training with Rick and Maria. I have always done some kind of art form since I was a child but my art never had any direction. It was only until Zentangle came into my life that I was fully able to express my creativity. It has become a spiritual practice for me that allows me to transform stress into creativity. I’m so grateful for the practice and so honored to share it with others. It has been a deeply healing experience. You can follow me on Facebook as Tangled in Yogi. ROMI MARKS A.K.A. TANGLED YOGI

My journey with Zentangle began in a yoga class 6 years ago. I saw that my yoga teacher had done a bunch of these beautiful drawings and had placed them on her altar in our yoga studio. I had begun practicing yoga with her because I was suering bouts of vertigo brought on by extreme stress and anxiety.
