+The 5 P’s Be PROMPT
You should always be on time to class
Be PREPARED You should have the materials necessary for the day: pencil,
paper, calculator, etc.
Be POLITE Be kind and respectful to your classmates and to your
teachers
Be PRODUCTIVE Class time is work time
Be PATIENT Wait your turn; not everything happens on your schedule
+The Honor Code
Because I want to do my best, I will be: Be honest! Be positive! And show respect for
Staff Property And other classmates
+Your Actions, Your Consequences
Blame is not to be placed on others
You are responsible for your choices
Consequences that go with those choices are on you

When in doubt, ask yourself these questions: Is it positive? Am I engaged? Is it respectful? Am I participating? Do I want the consequences for
this?
+What if I don’t know?
The Golden Rule applies in my classroom: would you want someone to do that to you? If the answer is no, choose a different course of action. Be mindful of others.
