H. SPACE Matrix
From SPACE Matrix, the result of analysis is conservative because growth of
market has been increasing continually and HP has good financial but entry into market is
quit hard which these is many strong exist competitor. That means the weight of industry
strength is medium. In the part of financial strength, Hp has higher income than somecompetitors. It should be high financial strength. The product quality of Hp is the same
with competitors, also customers still have switching buying products that we analysis
competitive advantage should be low. Hp has quite well in the Environmental Stability
because the price of Hp is appropriate with product and they have barrier to entry for
defend new competitor in the market. So the good strategy that we suggest, is market
penetration or product development.
