    CDC reports that nine million Americans rely onprescriptions, similar to Ambien or Lunesta, tofind a good night’s sleep. WebMD lists sleep-driving as a side-effect of prescription sleep

    aids. The warning appearing on the Benadrylbottle indicates that users should not operateheavy machinery; however, people drivearound town asleep while influenced by thesedrugs! If sleep-driving was not scary enough, theBritish Medical Journal published a studyshowing individuals who utilize prescriptionsleep aids tend to have a higher death rate; infact, four times higher than people who do not!
