SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS

IMPORTANT!

The HydroMax Trainer is rated for a maximum load of 265lbs/120kgs. Do Not Overload.

Be sure to read all instructions before use. ALWAYS place your trainer on a flat, level surface. Make sure that all parts, knobs and screws are securely tightened and rods are free of cracks or defects. KEEP CHILDREN AWAY from the trainer while in use. DO NOT touch spinning wheel or magnetic set roller. Avoid braking sharply or suddenly when you are using the trainer because this could cause undue wear on your trainer or your tires.

ALWAYS warm up properly before exercising and be sure that your tires are properly inflated before riding. Keep both hands on handlebars when in use.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONSAttaching the Resistance Unit to the Trainer

1) Using the Resistance Unit Mounting Bolt (C), attach the Resistance Unit (B) to the Trainer Frame (A)through the bracket at the base of the frame. See Figure 1.

2) Place the Washer and Lock Nut (D) to the Mounting Bolt (C), Figure 2.

3) Using the two included wrenches (E), tighten the Lock Nut (D) until it is snug against the TrainerFrame Bracket. See Figure 3.

1) To use your bike trainer you first need to replace the rear wheel quick release with the includedSkewer (Part F). Make sure the Skewer is securely in place and the rear wheel is fixed firmly tothe bike.

2) Loosen the release knob on the trainer (See figure 4) and place the rear wheel on the resistanceunit roller, then lock down the release knob until the wheel is secured and centered on theresistance roller (Figure 5). Tighten the knob on the other side to ensure that the bike is securelyheld in place and centered (Figure 6).

3) Adjust the knob on the Resistance unit to ensure good contact with the rear wheel. DO NOT over-tighten. Over-tightening will cause both excessive tire wear and possible damage to the trainer.See Figure 7.

4) Place the Riser Block (Part G) under the front wheel as shownbelow.

1) Be sure to hold your bike when removing it from the trainer so it doesn't fail over. Loosen lockingknob and lock ring.

2) Remove the riser block and your bike is now free from the trainer.

3) To store your trainer simply fold and store out of the way until your next use.

4) Be careful of not pinching your fingers when folding and avoid storing other equipment on top ofyour trainer.

5) Always check to make sure the resistance unit, the adjustment knob, and releases are all in goodworking order before use, and periodically when in use.
