Things to KnowARRIVAL INFORMATIONYou are welcome to check in any time after 4:00 PM local time. Unless otherwise notified, keys will only be issued to the individuals listed on the reservation. If you arrive early and would like to use the resort facilities, you may store your bags with the Front Desk. If you need to change your reservation, please call Sheraton Owner Services at 888 SV OWNER (786 9637) or direct at 407 903 4649.

CLEANING SERVICESCleaning services are provided to all Owners, Exchangers and Owners’ Guests. Your villa will receive a complete clean prior to arrival and a midweek housekeeping service* if you are staying for at least seven nights. If you are staying more than a week, an additional housekeeping service will be scheduled during the check-in process. Complimentary midweek housekeeping service is not provided for stays less than seven nights.

If necessary, please arrange for additional housekeeping services prior to your vacation arrival through the resort; you may choose from a five-day tidy or a daily full clean, offered for an additional fee. Please note that an additional housekeeping fee is automatically charged to your folio (based on transaction date and not on arrival date) for a second reservation or more within a single Use Year associated with a single ownership interest.

CHILDREN’S ITEMSCribs and high chairs are available upon request from Housekeeping, based on availability.

PETSPets are not permitted at the resorts, with the exception of those covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act. This is to ensure your comfort and safety and to maintain the quality of your villas.

SMOKING POLICYPlease refrain from smoking (including electronic cigarettes) in your villa, on your balcony, or in any enclosed areas around the resort (including the swimming pools and children’s play areas).** If signs of smoking are detected, a fee may be applied to your folio. For those who wish to smoke, there are designated smoking areas throughout the resort. Additionally, all Sheraton Flex Home Resorts observe local and state smoking ordinances that may prohibit smoking in some public areas.

YOUR OWNERS ASSOCIATIONAs an Owner, you share the cost of maintaining this outstanding collection of Sheraton Flex Home Resorts as a member of the Home Resort nonprofit association. Dues and fees are assessed each year in connection with the ownership. Dues include: administration, reservations, garbage collection, grounds and landscaping, housekeeping and laundry, insurance, repairs, maintenance, a replacement reserve fund, property taxes, resort amenities and utilities.
