7% of craftsmen deal exclusively with the implementation of EE technologies

The skills necessary for quality execution of low-energy buildings are very rare among construction workers

Vocational high schools for adult education are not oriented on energy efficiency and renewable sources as a part of their curricula

84% respondents stated that they wanted additional training to a certain extent and become specialized in the field of energy efficiency technologies in building construction

A lack of interest in students for the very vocations desperately needed for attaining the 20-20-20 objectives (namely, only 1 plasterer and 23 roofers in the period from 2009 to 2013).
