TOFU TACOS WITH AVOCADO LIME CREME

INGREDIENTS

Lay out tofu on sheet pan, cover with another pan and place a heavy pan on top to squeeze out excess moisture, let sit for one hour

Make cabbage mixture, combine cabbage, olive oil, lime juice, lime zest and cilantro, season lightly with salt and pepper, keep cool for service

Combine avocado, garlic, yogurt and lime juice in food processor or blender, blend until smooth, adjust seasoning, keep cool for service
