Registration will be from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM May 31, 2018.

Students should report to the Welcome Center in the Regional Post Secondary Education Center (RPC) to begin the registration

process.

TUITION & FEES

Tuition will be assessed per credit hour at the rate of $162.00 for resident students and $567.00 for non-resident students. On-line &

Open to All Students courses offered through ECTC will be assessed at the rate of $162.00 per credit hour.

Online Course Charge: $20.00 per credit hour for all KCTCS Students (A charge to cover technology, infrastructure, and additional

costs associated with online course offerings. Online Courses are identified with the following instruction modes. BW – Online &

Open to All Students , LC – Online w/Set Meeting Time, VL (LoD) – Online-Self Select Start Date, BL – Online w/Possible Campus

Visit)

There will be a Mandatory Fee* of $8.00 per credit hour for all KCTCS Students.

* KCTCS BuildSmart Investment for Kentucky Competitiveness fee (see http://buildsmartky.com for further details)

FEE PAYMENT

Refer to the Academic Calendar for fee payment deadlines. Approved third party payments (scholarships, Voc. Rehab., Pell Grant,

etc.) must be verified in the Business Office by the appropriate deadline. Students who register but are not able to attend must

officially withdraw by the last day to receive a 100% refund listed in the calendar above to avoid having a penalty assessed to their

account.

Payment may be made by mail or in person by cash, personal check, Visa/Mastercard/Discover, money order or certified check.

Payments may also be made using Student Self-Service by e-check or Credit/Debit cards. Checks returned by a bank will result in

tuition liability in accordance with the refund policy and a $50.00 service charge on each check.

REFUND POLICY

All drops must be officially processed by the Student Records Office. Check the Academic Calendar for refund percentage dates.

Refunds are subject to review by the Financial Aid and Student Billings Office. Fee Payment Plan charges and KET fees are non-

refundable and not included in the Refund Policy.
