If you’ve been waiting for a signal to show you where to hold your next meeting or convention, we’re giving you a green LIGHT. As the hub for Alaska’s Interior and the Arctic, Fairbanks is a perfect meeting destination for planners and attendees from around the state, the region, and the world.

For much of the year the northern lights shine brightly here. In summer the midnight sun will boost your ENERGy when the day’s work is done. No longer a little mining town, today Fairbanks is sophisticated enough to provide a full range of meeting, sports, dining, shopping, and multi-cultural experiences while it retains the WARMTH and friendliness you hope to find.

Take a deep breath and explore the Last Frontier. Pan for gold, float the Chena River, cool off in an ice museum, go fishing, view wildlife, take a dip in a hot spring, ride in a dog sled, experience an art gallery or museum, see Alaska Native dancing or take a short drive to the town of North Pole and say “hi” to Santa Claus. Embrace the ENERGy of Fairbanks!

Located right in the middle of our great state, Fairbanks is the gateway to Alaska’s Interior and the Arctic. Let the WARMTH of our people guide you through these vast and beautiful lands. Denali National Park (home to Mt. McKinley) is a mere two hours to the south, the Arctic Circle is a very accessible four hours to the north, world class hot springs are an hour down the road, a myriad of villages, refuges and parks are a short flight away and the alluring Alaskan wilderness is literally at our doorstep.
