Lesley’s historic run of success continued in

2014 as the Lynx made their third consecutive

trip to the NCAA Tournament following their

third straight New England Collegiate Con-

ference Championship as they blanked Elms

College 3-0 in the NECC Finals.

The Lynx tied the program record for wins in a

season as they finished with an 18-4-0 overall

record, including a perfect 9-0-0 mark in NECC

play. The Lynx now hold a 52-match regular

season conference unbeaten streak that dates

all the way back to the 2008 season.

Lesley’s team success also led to several

players landing individual awards. Senior

Hannah Landerholm headlined seven Lynx

named to the NECC All-Conference Team as

she was named NECC Player of the Year for

the second straight season. Landerholm and

classmate Jasmine Sanchez were also named to

the NSCAA All-New England Team.

The Lynx also proved that they work hard in

the classroom as they were honored with the

NSCAA Team Academic Award for the 12th time

in 13 years after posting a 3.47 cumulative

GPA.
