strategy. Neal Humphrey was appointed General Manager of Raindrop in March 2011, Neal has also

held positions in Product Management and Management Consulting for industry-leading companies

such as Intuit, Inc., Ericsson Inc., and Andersen Consulting. Neal earned a BBA in Finance and an MBA

consulting company, Jeanna Rae Property Consultants, Inc. She is also a licensed real estate broker in

the state of Oregon and has been actively involved in real estate and property management for over 25

years. When asked why she started her company instead of continuing to work as a regional

property manager she responded, “I absolutely love this business and the people who are in it. My

biggest frustration as a PM overseeing many properties was the tremendous amount of turnover by

site staff…positions from maintenance support staff all the way up to resident managers. They are the

most important link to any successful operation, yet as owners and supervisors we simply are not

giving them the foundation and tools to succeed both personally and professionally. That’s why I

decided to offer hands-on training to assist the individual and compliment the training efforts of even

the largest property management company. I really believe I can best impact this industry as a whole

by focusing on the training needs of our on-site staff. There is a new level of professionalism and

challenges that we all must meet to truly maximize the results of our operations. This is done through a

cost-effective and well planned training program. I can offer that and tailor it to any company’s goals

and objectives!”
