Organiser & Eligibility1) The NESTLÉ® BLISS® SUPERMARKET SWEEP CONTEST [“Contest”] is organised by NESTLÉ® Products Sdn. Bhd. [45229-H] [“the Organiser”] and is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 years of age and above as of 01/05/2013.2) The following group of persons shall not be considered to be eligible to participate in the Contest: A) Employees of the Organiser [including its affiliated and related companies] and their immediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses]; and/or B) Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organiser [including its affiliated and related companies], and their immediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses].

Duration1) The Contest will run from 01/05/2013 to 30/06/2013 [“the Contest Period”]. The Organiser shall reserve the right to amend the Contest Period and Contest Mechanics at any time without prior notice. All entries received outside the Contest Period will be automatically disqualified.

Submission of Entries & Qualifying Criteria1) Within the Contest Period, AEON shoppers with every purchase of any NESTLÉ® BLISS® participating products will entitle you to enter the Contest. Please refer to the proof of purchase table [“POP Table”] shown in the entry form for the complete list of participating products and participating AEON outlets. The proof of purchase for each entry is the original AEON single receipt dated within the Contest Period with the purchase of any participating NESTLÉ® BLISS® participating products clearly stated [“POP”].2) Each entry form submitted, must be individually and originally filled, complete with the required details, correct answers to 3 [three] questions shown in the entry form and must be accompanied with the required POP. Incomplete, illegible and/or inaccurate entry form[s], entries with the wrong answers, entries with incorrect and/or defective POP will be disqualified. 3) Each participant is entitled/eligible to submit more than 1 [one] entry but each entry must be accompanied with 1 [one] POP in 1 [one] envelope. Envelopes containing multiple entries and/or POP will be disqualified. 4) Each entry must be posted by ordinary mail to the PO Box address as stated. Each envelope posted must be affixed with stamp of correct postage cost. The Organiser will not be responsible for any non-receipt of postal deliveries due to insufficient postage or incorrect address. Entries received via dispatch, courier service, POS Laju and/or any other means of delivery will be automatically disqualified. Proof of postage of the entry shall not constitute proof of receipt by the Organiser.5) Each qualified entry form received during the Contest Period will be allocated a serial number as per stated in the POP Table.

Grand Prizes1) There are 15 [fifteen] Grand Prizes throughout the Contest Period.2) A total of 15 [fifteen] Grand Prize winners will be selected to participate in a NESTLÉ® BLISS® SUPERMARKET SWEEP [“Challenge”] to determine the worth of prizes won by each winner in the 7 Minute Free Shopping Spree at AEON Supermarket. The Challenge will be held at AEON Supermarket determined by the Organiser.3) The total qualified serial numbers allocated each day will be divided by 15 [fifteen] to derive the winning serial numbers for Grand Prizes. The winning serial numbers will be the closest, lower whole number that results after the stated division. For example: If the total serial numbers allocated 5888 entries, then the total will be divided by 15 to derive the winning serial numbers for the Grand Prizes. The winners of Grand Prizes will be entries with serial number 392 as the first winning serial number, the 784 as the second winning serial number and so forth.4) Only the selected winners whose names and details are written on the entry form may participate in the Challenge. Eligibility of participation is strictly non-transferable. Winners will be contacted via telephone, based on the number provided in the entry form and will be given details for the participation in the Challenge. In the event any of the Winners is un-contactable after 3 [three] attempts, declines to participate in the Challenge, then he/she will be disqualified and the following higher serial number of the corresponding selected serial number will be selected as the substitute Winner.5) In any event, upon confirmation of participation the Winner fails to participate on the day of Challenge, the Winner will then forfeit his/her prize automatically. Each participant can win 1 [one] Grand Prize only.

6) Upon the completion of the Challenge, each Winner will win the prizes selected during the Challenge. All prizes must be claimed from the Organiser on the same day as the Challenge. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. The prizes are non-transferable and all prizes are given on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, and other items or voucher in part or in full.7) The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice. 8) All winners must abide by the terms and conditions of the party[ies] arranging for the Challenge and/or providing for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any. The winners list will also be announced in the Organiser’s website [www.nestle.com.my].

Data Protection1) By participating, Participants grant the Organiser and its affiliates the permission to use his/her name, photograph or image for future advertising and publicity purposes in connection with the Contest in any and all media without additional compensation, notification or permission.2) By participating in the Contest, the Organiser agrees to only collect it, use it on the Fan Page and the Website and protect it as set out below. This section also outlines the Participants’ rights regarding data protection, and tells the Participant how to contact the Organiser.3) At times the Organiser may retain third parties to process the Participant’s personal details. All such third parties are contractually obliged not to use the Participant’s personal data in any way other than that which is specified herein.4) Under the Malaysian law, the Participants’ rights include: A) a right to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal detail at any time by contacting us at fulfilment@omniteam.com.my and providing us with the Participant’s name and email address so that we can remove it. B) a right to obtain a copy of the personal data which we hold about you [we reserve the right to charge a small fee for the exercise of this right]. C) a right to have incorrect personal data we hold about you corrected.5) If the Participants wish to raise any data protection issue with the Organiser, or exercise any of their legal rights, please contact the Organiser at fulfilment@omniteam.com.my.6) The Organiser take reasonable precautions to keep the Participant’s personal data secure, and require third party data processors to do the same. Please note, however, that the Organiser may release the Participant’s personal data if required to do so by law, or by search warrant, subpoena or court order.

Liability & Responsibility1) Winners and/or their heirs shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents [including death] resulting from their participation in the Contest, redemption and/or utilisation of the prizes and agree to release and hold the Organiser free and harmless of any liability.2) All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in the Contest and the Challenge, and to redeem the prize is the sole responsibility of the Winner.

Rights of the Organiser 1) By submitting their entries for the Contest, all participants agree and acknowledge that all intellectual property rights thereto shall belong to the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to use the names and/or photographs of the winners as materials for the purposes of advertising, trade and/or publicity, without any prior notice to the winners and the winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership and/or other forms of compensation on the materials.

Terms & Conditions1) The Contest Rules & Regulations are prepared in several languages. In the event of inconsistencies between all the versions of the Contest Rules & Regulations, the English version shown on the website shall prevail. 2) The judges’ decision is final and no correspondences thereon will be entertained.3) By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the Contest Rules & Regulations, and the decisions of the Organiser.

Penganjur & Kelayakan Menyertai Peraduan1) PERADUAN NESTLÉ® BLISS® SUPERMARKET SWEEP [“Peraduan”] dianjurkan oleh NESTLÉ® Products Sdn. Bhd. [45229-H] [“Penganjur”] dan dibuka kepada semua penduduk Malaysia berusia melebihi 18 tahun pada 01/05/2013.2) Golongan individu berikut tidak layak untuk menyertai Peraduan ini: A) Kakitangan Penganjur [termasuk syarikat bersekutu dan berkaitannya] dan ahli keluarga terdekat mereka [anak, ibu bapa, adik-beradik, termasuk suami/isteri]; dan/atau B) Wakil, kakitangan, pekerja dan/atau ejen pembekal khidmat pengiklanan dan/atau promosi Penganjur [termasuk syarikat bersekutu dan berkaitannya] dan ahli keluarga terdekat mereka [anak, ibu bapa, adik-beradik, termasuk suami/isteri].

Tempoh 1) Peraduan akan diadakan dari 01/05/2013 hingga 30/06/2013 “Tempoh Peraduan”]. Penganjur berhak untuk meminda Tempoh Peraduan dan Mekanik Peraduan pada bila-bila masa tanpa memberi notis terlebih dahulu. Semua penyertaan yang diterima di luar Tempoh Peraduan akan dibatalkan secara automatik.

Penghantaran Penyertaan & Kriteria Kelayakan1) Dalam Tempoh Peraduan, pelanggan AEON yang membeli mana-mana produk NESTLÉ® BLISS® yang turut serta layak untuk menyertai Peraduan. Sila rujuk kepada jadual bukti pembelian [“Jadual BP”] yang ditunjukkan dalam borang permohonan untuk senarai penuh produk dan gedung AEON yang turut serta. Bukti pembelian untuk setiap penyertaan ialah resit tunggal AEON yang asal dengan tarikh di dalam tempoh peraduan, yang memaparkan dengan jelas pembelian mana-mana produk NESTLÉ® BLISS® yang turut serta. [“BP”].2) Setiap borang penyertaan yang dihantar mestilah diisi secara individu dan original, dilengkapkan dengan butir-butir yang dikehendaki, memberikan jawapan betul kepada 3 [tiga] soalan yang ditunjukkan dalam borang penyertaan dan mesti disertakan dengan BP yang dikehendaki. Borang penyertaan yang tidak lengkap, tidak boleh dibaca, memberikan jawapan yang salah atau borang penyertaan yang tidak tepat, atau penyertaan dengan BP tidak betul dan/atau rosak akan dibatalkan. 3) Setiap peserta boleh menghantar lebih daripada 1 [satu] borang penyertaan tetapi setiap borang penyertaan mesti disertakan dengan 1 [satu] BP dalam 1 [satu] sampul surat. Sampul surat yang mengandungi berbilang penyertaan dan/atau BP akan dibatalkan. 4) Setiap borang penyertaan mesti dihantar melalui pos biasa ke alamat Peti Surat yang dinyatakan. Setiap sampul surat yang dihantar mesti dilekat setem dengan bayaran pos yang betul. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kiriman pos yang tidak diterima disebabkan kekurangan bayaran pos atau alamat salah. Penyertaan yang diterima melalui khidmat penghantar surat, perkhidmatan kurier, POS Laju dan/atau apa jua cara lain akan dibatalkan secara automatik. Bukti pos tidak boleh dijadikan bukti penerimaan oleh Penganjur.5) Setiap penyertaan layak yang diterima sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan akan diberi nombor bersiri menurut Jadual BP.

Hadiah Utama1) Sebanyak 15 [lima belas] Hadiah Utama disediakan sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan.2) Seramai 15 [lima belas] pemenang Hadiah Utama akan dipilih untuk menyertai NESTLÉ® BLISS® SUPERMARKET SWEEP [“Cabaran”] untuk menentukan nilai hadiah yang dimenangi oleh setiap pemenang dalam Acara Beli-Belah Sakan Percuma 7 Minit di Pasar raya AEON. Cabaran akan diadakan di Pasar raya AEON yang akan ditentukan oleh Penganjur. 3) Jumlah nombor bersiri penyertaan layak yang diperuntukkan setiap hari akan dibahagi dengan 15 [lima belas] untuk menentukan nombor bersiri terpilih bagi Hadiah Utama. Nombor bersiri kemenangan adalah nombor bersiri bulat paling dekat, lebih rendah yang dihasilkan daripada pembahagian.Sebagai contoh: Jika jumlah nombor bersiri yang diperuntukkan adalah bagi 5888 penyertaan, maka jumlah tersebut akan dibahagikan dengan 15 untuk menentukan nombor bersiri terpilih bagi Hadiah Utama. Penyertaan dengan nombor bersiri 392 akan dipilih sebagai nombor bersiri kemenangan yang pertama, nombor bersiri 784 sebagai nombor bersiri kemenangan yang kedua dan seterusnya.4) Hanya pemenang terpilih yang nama dan butirannya ditulis pada borang permohonan boleh menyertai Cabaran. Kelayakan peserta tidak boleh dipindahkan sama sekali. Pemenang akan dihubungi menerusi telefon, berasaskan nombor yang dinyatakan dalam borang penyertaan dan akan diberikan maklumat untuk penyertaan dalam Cabaran. Sekiranya mana-mana pemenang tidak dapat dihubungi selepas 3 [tiga] percubaan, atau enggan menyertai Cabaran, maka penyertaan beliau akan dibatalkan dan nombor bersiri berikutnya yang lebih tinggi daripada nombor bersiri terpilih akan ditetapkan sebagai Pemenang gantian.5) Sekiranya selepas mengesahkan penyertaan, Pemenang tidak dapat mengambil bahagian pada hari Cabaran, hadiah Pemenang akan dibatalkan secara automatik. Setiap peserta boleh menang 1 [satu] Hadiah Utama sahaja.6) Selepas menamatkan Cabaran, setiap Pemenang akan memenangi hadiah yang dipilih semasa Cabaran. Semua hadiah mesti dituntut daripada Penganjur pada hari yang sama Cabaran diadakan. Semua hadiah yang tidak dituntut akan dibatalkan. Semua hadiah diberikan dalam ‘keadaan sedia ada’ dan tidak boleh ditukarkan dengan wang tunai, kredit, barangan lain atau baucar, sama ada secara sebahagian atau sepenuhnya.

7) Penganjur berhak, atas budi bicara mutlaknya, menggantikan mana-mana hadiah dengan hadiah lain yang senilai dengannya, pada bila-bila masa, tanpa memberi notis terlebih dahulu. 8) Semua pemenang mesti mematuhi terma dan syarat yang ditetapkan oleh pihak yang menguruskan Cabaran dan/atau menyediakan hadiah dan juga terma dan syarat yang disertakan bersama hadiah berkenaan, jika ada. Perlindungan Data1) Dengan menyertai Peraduan, Peserta memberi kebenaran kepada Penganjur dan syarikat gabungannya untuk menggunakan nama, gambar dan imejnya untuk tujuan pengiklanan dan publisiti pada masa depan berhubung dengan Peraduan dalam mana-mana dan semua media tanpa sebarang pampasan, pemberitahuan atau kebenaran tambahan.2) Dengan menyertai Peraduan, Penganjur bersetuju hanya untuk mengumpulkan dan menggunakan data pada Laman Peminat dan Laman Web dan melindunginya seperti yang ditetapkan di bawah.
