CRAVS is an organisation which is working for Research and Development and Propagation of Vaasthu Shastra for the past 16 years.

In this organisation we have 168 members where we have a mixture of experts, budding Vaasthu consultants, practising engineers, Architects, Astrologers, etc.

Since its inception the organisation has conducted many monthly lectures and a seminar.

ABOUT CRAVS


These 15 like-minded people and lovers of Vaasthu Shastra, met in Cubbon Park on fine morning in April 1994, and decided to form an association called “Centre for Research and Application of Vaasthu Science”.

Among the 15 people, 14 are Engineers and Vaasthu Consultants and the 15th was a Astrology and Vaasthu Consultant.

HISTORY OF CRAVS


The First and the Foremost and the highest seat of the office was occupied by Shri. K. S. Radha Krishna as a Pioneer President,

Mr. M. R. Vijaykumar became the Secretary Mr. B. R. Rangaswamy became the Treasurer

In the first year itself there were 59 members.

Now on the occasion of the 14th Annual General Body Meeting of CRAVS, we would like to inform you that the membership has grown to 168 members.

The membership drive has taken shape from the year 2007.

44 new members inducted in the year 2007-08. 15 new members in the year 2008-2009. 22 new members so far in the year 2010-11.

The entire credit for the membership drive and adding many members to the organisation goes the present President – Prof. Dr. N. S. Murthy only.

Prof. Dr. N. S. Murthy has during the year 2007 to 2010 has inducted 81 new members to the CRAVS organisation so far.

Over the past 16 years CRAVS has organised over 30 lecture programs,one seminar and has co-organised 2 workshops with Astro Vaasthu Educational and Charitable Trust (R).

CRAVS & AVECT has honoured over 70+ teachers, scholars and experts in the field of Vaasthu & Astrology, who have dedicated their lives to the subject.The entire expenses of all the events were born by the President.
