– May be a steep learning curve– Out off the gate, the service level could be lower as it gets

implemented. Long term could be better, but concerned• Must have local controlled administration as a must have

requirement in Madrid• Have the requirement to have localized workflows and the

flexibility to manage them (quick turn aorund time)• Because of Piracy and demographics, VOD marketplace in

Spain is unlikely
