Founded in 1948, AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-run organization.Focusing on providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESECoffers young people the opportunity to participate in globalinternships/volunteer experiences, experiential leadership opportunitiesand a global learning environment.

OUR SCOPEAIESEC is a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recentgraduates of institutions of higher education. Our members are interested in world issues, leadership andmanagement. Currently, we are one of the expansion entities of AIESEC in the Philippinesunder the guidance of AIESEC Ateneo DeManila University (one of the topperforming entities of the country).

Wehave been present in the Philippines and in San Beda College for almost5 years now as an organization that aims to develop entrepreneurial andresponsible leaders who have the ability, the skill and the desire to solvediverse challenges in the country and in the world.

TMP or the Team Member Programme is one of the program of AIESEC todevelop youth leadership by offering them practical team experiences. Inthis program, you will gain access to the a global network and engage inpractical hard skills development.

OUTGOING EXCHANGE (OGX)Here in the core Outgoing Exchange department, we strive to make the experience of everystudent a special one. We connect with partnering countries, conduct coaching and provideassistance for exchange participants before, during and after they finished their programs,whether it be Global Citizen (volunteer abroad) or Global Talent (work abroad). It doesn't matterwhat major you are studying, if you are committed to provide quality experience, then thisportfolio is for you!

TeamRoles:Officers for ExchangeManagement- Manages exchange participant’sexperiences, handles the exchangeprocess and recruitment.

Officers Exchange Initiatives- Manages the legal process with

school’s administration. Deals withexchange partnerships that aims toimprove our exchange product.

FINANCE AND LEGAL ADMINISTRATION (FLA)Finance and Legal Administration tackles some of the most fundamental issues that keeps ourorganization sustainable and alive. We don't only create budget after budgets, but we makesound investment plans and work cross functionally to ensure our customer experience is atthe prime form. Passionate about keeping how a social enterprise on track? Finance & LegalAdministration is the way to go.

Business DevelopmentManager- Manages sponsorship, compliance and

campus relations with administration andother organizations.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS (MAC)In Marketing and Communications our goal is simple: to build the correct AIESEC brand to the correctaudience. The MaC team takes charge of various social media channels, deals with public relations,organises on-campus events, designs marketing materials and manages online and offline campaigns.If you are studying marketing, or IT then this is the opportunity for you to build and design real thingsthat matter.

TALENT MANAGEMENT (TM) At the Talent Management portfolio, we strive to create an environment where everyone of ourmembers have the most pleasant and energizing experience. We champion a culture that inspire butwe celebrate fun even more. If you are people-oriented, determined, and insightful with a flair foreducation and engagement, this is the portfolio for you.

TeamRoles:AccountsManager- Keeps track of member involvement per

department. Responsible for theimplementation of recruitment period androle reaffirmation.

Member EngagementManager- Organizes activity to mobilize members

and is responsible for the member learningcycles.

INCOMING EXCHANGECreate competitive and value-adding partnerships in Philippines by collaborating with NGO andcorporations by connecting them with the energies and innovation of international youth leaders. InIncoming Exchange, we strive to be resilient and to always be solution-oriented. Got a can-doattitude and ready to challenge locals in thinking global? Give this a shot.

TeamRoles:Non-Corporate Sales Managers- Responsible for getting possible partnerships with

NGOs that foreign interns can apply to.

Service and ReceptionManagers- Responsible for the itineraries and housing of foreign

interns, and making sure of the quality exchangeexperience realized.

Projects Based on Exchange (PBoX) Coordinators- Creates the very first issue-based project that foreign

interns can apply to.
