Getting Talent From All Over The WorldAIESEC United States makes it easy for companies to acquire and train top talent from our extensive international network. AIESEC US offers a variety of options that not only give you access to a pool of qualified candidates from around the globe, but also eliminate the logistical burden of relocating foreign nationals to the US and integrating them into the AIESEC community.

Experience the AIESEC Difference Talent Pre-Selection All candidates in AIESEC’s talent pool have been pre-selected based on their education, skills, language certifications and leadership experience.

Needs Identification Your company identifies the desired internship profile, specifying needs for education, languages, skills, work experience, regional background, internship duration and timing. Intern Selection Within 2 weeks, AIESEC will provide a short list of the best candidates and arrange interviews. AIESEC will continue to identify candidates until your company finds the best match.

Pre-Arrival Services Once an intern is selected, AIESEC takes care of all the logistics, including visa arrangements, accommodation and airport pickup. Before arrival, interns participate in cultural preparation, integration and goal setting seminars.

Community Integration This is a key characteristic that sets AIESEC’s program apart. Interns become involved in the local community and participate in AIESEC activities ensuring they have a developmental experience.

Ongoing services AIESEC will facilitate service evaluations for your company and your intern before, during and after the internship. AIESEC is committed to ongoing communication and receiving and responding to your feedback.

Accessing Quality People Many recruiters complain about the quality of soft skills, particularly interpersonal skills and leadership skills, present in today's graduates and postgraduates. AIESEC is a way of sourcing graduates who are not only motivated, driven and ambitious, but also have the necessary competencies that your organization desires. This is important not only so that the right kind of people are attracted, but also so that your organization can develop a future pipeline of candidates for senior leadership positions.

Networking & SourcingAIESEC has a presence in over 100 countries and access to a vast pool of highly qualified candidates with backgrounds in a variety of occupational fields. We source this talent through our database and offer the companies access to the individuals that best fit their needs.

J1 Visa SponsorshipAIESEC US provides visa sponsorship, which includes advice on J-1 visa regulations, visa processing and documentation, SEVIS registration and program evaluations. Additionally, AIESEC US distributes Participant and Company Handbooks outlining regulations, policies and US reception information. AIESEC US also provides an orientation for the participant upon arrival to the United States. Lastly, AIESEC US maintains a 24 hour emergency hotline, providing hands-on support from a representative throughout the training program.

Reception ServicesArriving in a foreign country can be both scary and confusing. To ensure that a participant’s arrival goes smoothly, AIESEC US provides reception services, which include airport pick-up and orientation to the local area, as well as support in helping the intern settle in.

Health InsuranceAIESEC US requires that all participants and their dependents enroll in health coverage through our insurance provider. The health insurance meets all J1 health insurance requirements and will become effective starting one day before the training program start date and one day after the program end date. This insurance is for emergency and illness care and does not cover preventative medicine or wellness visits.

Administrative SupportThroughout the duration of an exchange program, one or more AIESEC US representatives will be responsible for ensuring that the program goes smoothly and as contracted. The AIESEC US representatives are available to both the intern and the host company for any issues that may arise.

Intern SelectionThe host organization notifies AIESEC US which candidates they wish to select.

Visa Processing & LogisticsAIESEC US works closely with the selected intern and the host organization to complete all necessary documentation for visa processing and J-1 Visa sponsorship.
