COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

We have defended hundreds of claims against truck drivers, trucking companies and related industries. We have litigated claims at every level of severity, from property damage and minor injuries to multiple fatalities. In truck-related accident lawsuits and have assisted in pre-litigation management of many other claims.

Our attorneys can also provide pre-litigation guidance and education to the client’s risk management department, through in house training and driving seminars.

a special emphasis on private practice and health care related businesses. We assist clients in matters involving Federal and Florida regulatory, transactional and administrative issues. Since the firm’s roots include this area of litigation, we have experience in matters involving a wide range of health care issues including representation of physicians in medical malpractice defense, administrative proceedings and complex health care cases. We also assist our clients in regard to accreditation and other prevalent matters involving Stark I and Stark II, HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid & Third Party reimbursement, anti-kickback, insurance fraud and abuse issues.
