EXHIBIT STATIONSThe Association of Midwest Museums offers numerous opportunities for you to reconnect with existing clients,

reach prospective clients, and support the museum community before, during, and after our conference. This year’s conference theme, Innovation: become the unexpected, is perfectly aligned to vendors and

suppliers as you work in tandem with museums on projects that are highly innovative! There are multiple opportunities to reach conference participants from

eight Midwestern states, including: exhibiting, program advertising, AMM website presence, and product and

event sponsorship.

The Resource Hall includes activities designed to draw attendees to your station so you can cultivate face-to-

face relationships. A Resource Hall Kick-off Cocktail Reception, attendee breakfast, and breaks will bring museum professionals to your exhibit station, as well as provide time for socializing. This year, the dynamic interior of the Radisson Blu Minneapolis Downtown is

the perfect venue to innovate! Resource Hall Exhibit Stations will consist of a skirted 8’ table, two chairs, and

a wastebasket. The Resource Hall will be right where the action is—immediately adjacent to the registration

desk, as well as session rooms and the general session hall. An information packet, including pricing for

additional equipment, dedicated internet connection, electrical and telephone charges, shipping, and

storage, will be provided upon receipt of your exhibitor registration. Exhibitors receive complimentary basic

registration for two individuals (over $400 in value), and one complimentary business card sized ad in the final

conference program. A free list of attendees is available on request after the conference. Additional charges may

apply for some lunches and evening events.
