You don’t really know what’s in them. Prepare your own and look after your health

7. Workingto surviveor existMaking only enough to survive stops you from being able to really live.

Live within your means and buy things outright. It’ll stop you worrying about the debt

9. Hitting thesnooze buttonIt makes you feel so much worse. Get up with the first alarm
