• This is when the picture has an excess amount of light.

• when there is this type o lighting you cant see details

• certain areas can go excessively white.

• With this you cant see face shapes usually.

• Under exposure is when an image is too dark that you cant see details

• sometimes, there can be light on one side but not on the other

• This can be used purposely as well so it can create mystery , just like in film noir movies.

• This type of lighting allows the view to see al the details of an image.

• It looks comfortable to look at.

• This type of lighting usually doesn’t have a lot of shades on it.

• Deep focus is when the whole image is in focus.

• The front, the middle and the back is sharp and clear.

Leading lines are lines within an image that leads the eye to another point in the image, or out of the image. Anything with a certain line can be a leading line.

Lighting – Key – high/low• Key Lighting: The key light is the first and usually most important light that

a photographer, lighting cameraman, or other scene composer will use in a lighting setup. The purpose of the key light is to highlight the form and dimension of the subject.

Shutter speed: In photography, shutter speed or exposure time is the effective length of time a camera's shutter is open. The total exposure is proportional to this exposure time, or duration of light reaching the film or image sensor.

Shallow Focus: Shallow focus is a photographic and cinematographic technique incorporating a small depth of field. In shallow focus one plane of the image is in focus while the rest is out of focus.

The rule of thirds is a "rule of thumb" or guideline which applies to the process of composing visual images such as paintings, photographs and designs. The guideline proposes that an image should be imagined as divided into nine equal parts by two equally-spaced horizontal lines and two equally-spaced vertical lines, and that important compositional elements should be placed along these lines or their intersections.

Click on this button, and it will automatically enhance the picture.
