Self Starter Program - FREE

• FREE to all current community contracts:• One time meeting review program with the staff – Q & A• If community provides equipment – they can purchase through L2BH Regional Owner• Trainer involved $80 - $100 a session

On-Site Program- PAID• PAID – includes a trainer: sample Joe Bettencourt • 3 sessions a week $960 - $1200 per month ($80 - $100 per session)• 2 sessions / week $800 per month• 1 session / week $500 per month• If we are currently doing a senior fitness class discount for having a 2nd class

2. Do a drop-by leaving a brochure and introduction letter

3. Call and make appointment.
