2013 Study – Key Results

• 39% of firms saw an increase in reputation while 40% saw their reputation fall

• Just two firms have a score of over 80

• Financial Services Insurance sector increased scores

• Food Manufacturing sector saw a fall in reputation

• Automotive sector has overtaken Food Manufacturing companies as the most

trusted, admired, and respected in Ireland and enjoy the greatest amount of

support

• Computer sector follows in second place

• Financial Services Banking sector at bottom of scorecard again, lying 13 points

below global scores. Much work needs to be done to regain public trust and

confidence .
