• There are annual projects, jobs, but nothing is related to making students capable and empowering them.

What is lacking in the Education?

• Practical exposure

• Something which will make students industry ready

• There are classes which spoon feeds people and trains them to face interviews by “RATTA” which again is not the right way.

• We have talent but is not redirected to the right direction

• We know “JUGAAD” but don’t know the logic or engineering behind it.

• We aim at empowering students and helping them to grow themselves with their experiences and exposure

Why it is needed?

• Frustrated employee, tensed HR, and suffering worker

• We aim at changing the culture of the education system-Its not through “Cancelling exams” or making it easier.

• The only Problem with our education system is we don’t have practical approach. We never look at the things differently. Actually we just don’t think about HOW?

• Institute spends average 1L per month on the department “Industry-Institute-Interaction”- staff, lectures, company calling, their arrangements, incentives and all

• Industry spends time and money in hiring and outsourcing many projects.

• Every year and every semester institute needs to contact industries, take follow-ups and manage n number of things.

• Industry needs to attend all these colleges and reply everyone
