Fitness Friday Make-up

 

When you are absent on a Fitness Day you must make up the activity. To make up Fitness Day you must exercise continuously for 30 minutes outside of school. This activity may entail sport practice (ie basketball, soccer), recreation (ie bike riding) or other physical activities (ie skateboarding). You need to turn this sheet back to your teacher within a week.

Injuries

• If your student is well enough to be at school we believe that your student is well enough participate in PE.

• If your student is at school but cannot participate fully, a note is required from a parent to excuse him/her.

• A doctors note is required after 3 days .• On each note specify what they can and cannot do

for example: can walk, no running

Activities:

Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Softball, Football, Archery, Paddle ball, Badminton, Lacrosse, Rugby, Mat Games, Tumbling, Weight Training, Frisbee, Tennis, Square dancing, Cooperative games, low organized games.
