She began her training with The Society of Russian Ballet and the Canadi- an Contemporary Dance Theatre. She attended the Regional Arts Pro- gram at St. Elizabeth Catholic High School and graduated with honours in 2010. She went on to study at the Ryerson Theatre School majoring in Performance Dance where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts cum laude in 2014. Since graduating, Liana has gone on to perform profes- sionally with the Canadian Opera Company, ProArteDanza Contemporary Ballet, Ballet Creole, and internationally to both Asia and the Middle East with Creativiva. Furthermore, she was cast in the hit TV series’ Reign, Star Trek: Discovery, the Hallmark Channel film A Nutcracker Christmas, and in the upcoming Netflix Film In the Tall Grass. She has danced in music videos for artists such as Feist, The Tenors, and Scott Helman. Ad- ditionally, she is the co-founder and Artistic Director of the Toronto based contemporary dance company ACE Dance Theatre, as well as The Ballet Lab, a training program devoted to technical excellence. Besides life as a dancer, Liana is a certified JOGA Coach- a yoga program designed spe- cifically for professional athletes. She has had the chance to coach ath- letes from the 905 Raptors, Gary Robert High Performance Training and the OHL. Liana is forever indebted to Shabina Bharat and Janine Di Millo of St. Elizabeth for always providing endless support and encouragement in her journey to becoming a professional dancer. During her time at St. Elizabeth Catholic High School, she was introduced to several industry professionals, and was given the opportunity to explore all avenues of performance art, both as a performer/ choreographer and producer. Anthony Brancati is an award winning international multi-instrumen- talist, musical director, producer, and songwriter, who has worked with the likes of Grammy Award Winners Chaka Khan, Mark Ronson (Bruno Mars, Amy Winehouse), Alx Veliz (Platinum Selling Artist), Larnell Lewis (Snarky Puppy), Matthew Burnett (Daniel Caesar, Drake, Jessie Reyez) and Juno Award Winner, Robi Botos. His original single and live studio video, Neo-Funk, has over 4 million views and has garnered a devout fol- lowing of over 31k subscribers on YouTube. He has composed, produced, and performed scores for TV & film: Disorderly web series (Executive Producer: Drake), SlyCad (Cannes Film Festival), Sadie’s Last Days on Earth (BrancSeater productions) and Cardinals (Toronto Interational Film Festival). Anthony has done live performances for Toronto Internation- al Film Festival, Netflix US, Shopify, Mercedes, Rogers, TD, TedX, and has performed in the TD Jazz Festival, Kensington Market Jazz Festival, Cognac Blue Passion Festival, CBC Music Festival, on CBC Radio and on the Virgin Radio Canadian Concert Tours. Anthony graduated from Humber College’s esteemed Bachelor Of Music Degree program with honours in 2014 where he was awarded multiple awards throughout his years there. Scholarship (2011). Cynthia Undyantara 2D Rigging Supervisor Cynthia Undyantara is a 2D rigging supervisor for television animation. She has worked for network clients such as PBS, Netflix, and Teletoon. She graduated from the St. Elizabeth visual arts program in 2013 and went on to study at Sheridan College, earning a Bachelor degree in Ani- mation. Rigging is the task of taking a drawn character design, breaking it into many movable body parts, and building a network of bones and structure to make it able to be animated by the team. Over the last few years, Cynthia has worked on television shows such as the “6teen” reunion episode, Bravest Warriors (Teletoon), Clifford the Big Red Dog (PBS), and Magic School Bus Rides Again (Netflix). She has experi- ence with managing and leading a team of riggers; organizing; creating schedules to meet hard deadlines; and ultimately delivering assets to clients. Cynthia is very grateful for the dedication of her art teachers (Mr. Cheng, Mr. Paolini, and Ms. Estabillo) – those who helped her with film and composition, nurturing and growing fine arts skills and a love of the relationship between art and culture. Marco Bertuzzo An alumnus of the Regional Arts Program at St. Elizabeth CHS in Vaughan, Marco Bertuzzo is an emerging contemporary artist in Toronto. After graduating from the Regional Arts Program, Marco continued his passion for the Arts, graduating from OCAD University, and recently completing his Masters of Applied Fine Arts at Central St. Martins University in London, England with specialization in Contemporary Painting. With his multime- dia-based practice which spans enamel painting, video-based installa- tions, printmaking and more traditional media, Marco’s work explores the possibilities of contemporary allegory in a post-truth world. His work has been exhibited in galleries such as the Angell Gallery, the Toronto Artist project, he had his first solo exhibition in 2016 at Coldstream Fine Art in Toronto with another scheduled for the beginning of 2019. His work has also been included in exhibitions in both the British Museum and the Tate Modern Museum in England, United Kingdom. Besides concentrating on upcoming art shows, Marco also currently teaches art classes with the Living Arts Centre in Mississauga, Ontario. While he was a student at St. Elizabeth CHS, Marco worked on the Yearbook Committee and was on the Student Arts Council. He credits his teachers at St. Elizabeth like Mr. Paolini, Mr. Chetty and Ms. Czereyska who played a major role in en- couraging him into pursuing a career in the Arts, with the ultimate goal of becoming a professor of Fine Arts in a major post-secondary institution. A fierce and fabulous leader, Ms. Roksolana Jaworskyj, nurtured Amanda’s knowledge and love of the- atre. This teacher encouraged Amanda’s passion for the dramatic arts by showing her that creation and expression come from a fire within. Jawor- skyj fanned those fires for four brilliant years. After high school, Amanda enrolled in and graduated from York University’s Theatre Program with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre (Creative Ensemble Program). Today Amanda is working in the industry as an actor and theatre creator. Together with her theatre partner and best friend from St. Elizabeth C.H.S., David di Giovanni, she wrote, developed and produced a solo show called BODY SO FLUORESCENT. Since 2016, Amanda and David have been touring their show across Canada and in the United States. Recently, this show received the Jon Caplan Spotlight Award for Outstanding Performance at the 2018 SummerWorks Festival in Toronto. Amanda has worked with several theatre companies within Toronto and Calgary. She is also active in establishing herself in the film and television industry appearing on shows like PBS’s Odd Squad and CBC’s Baroness Von Sketch. Creation and performance breathe life into Amanda’s existence. She is grateful to have started to finesse and develop her skills in the Regional Arts Pro- gram at St. Elizabeth. Paula Brancati Paula is a graduate of St. Elizabeth Catholic High School and was part of the first graduating class of the Regional Arts Program as a vocal major. Through the support of the incredible administration and teaching staff at St. Elizabeth, she was able to film leading roles in several television series during her years there including her Gemini Award nominated per- formances in Dark Oracle and Degrassi: The Next Generation. Though she felt strong bonds with many of her teachers, she credits the strong, compassionate leadership exhibited by Mrs. Mary Cosentino and Mrs. Michelle Janzen in particular as prime examples on how to lead with empathy, thoughtfulness, and strength. She brings these core principles with her as both an actor on set as well as a producer. At St. Elizabeth and in the vocal program in particular, it was clear that teamwork and kindness is at the centre of all creative endeavors. In the last several years, Paula has lead the Broadway touring company of Matilda the Mu- sical and performed the role of Miss Honey with Mirvish here in Toronto as well, starred in the Netflix series Slasher, and released her second feature film as both producer and actor Sadie’s Last Days On Earth on Netflix US. She recently wrapped production on From The Vine Came The Grape which she both stars in and produced that was shot on location in Italy. Paula has carried the core values cemented throughout her time at St. Elizabeth with her throughout her various professional endeav- ors in the entertainment industry since graduating and she is incredibly grateful. Amanda Cordner was a member of the fi rst class to graduate from the Regional Arts Program at St. Elizabeth CHS.
