The dirty odor generating units in wastewater treatment plants and chemical production companies are isolated from outdoor and transferred to Bio!lter Unit in comply with the ventilation method and then is made odorless with chemicals.

Potable water, rain water and Waste water is moved to the desired place with water pumping stations when the "ow of water elevation is inadequate. The system runs smoothly and without operator with spare systems and automation while pumps are operating synchronically.

ASM Treatment System are o#ered turn-key service to our customers on installation of electrical and automation systems for Pump Stations, Water Distribution Systems, Potable Water, Waste Water Treatment and Odour Treatment Plant Projects.

Domestic Wastewater Treatment Plants with capabilities of 1000-150.000m3/day and up are designed in according to Classical Active Sludge and Long Ventilating Active Sludge Processes based on wastewater features.

The said systems generally consist of following units: Physical Treatment, Ventilating, Final Sedimentation, Sludge Dewatering and Disinfectation units.

Wastewater has been treated and made reusable by means of grids, sand trap, ventilating, stripping and sludge treatment mechanisms which are used within these plants.

Drinking water treatment plants are constructed in order to render the water sources in the nature usable and drinkable. Such systems, which are constructed with the capacities for populations of 20.000 and above, are comprised of varying units depending on the characteristics of the water source (lake, dam, river etc.) in order to meet the water requirements of the cities. As the system is designed according to the amount and quality of the water, the distance to the water source and seasonal variations in the quantity and quality of the water, di!erent processes are applied for each plant internally. In general, the drinking water treatment plants are comprised of:Physical Treatment with the Grid System, Aeration, Coagulation, Flocculation, Chemical Dosing Unit, Sedime Tation Unit, Sludge Dewatering Unit and Disinfection unit. In order to ensure a consistent and controlled hydraulic "ow, pumping stations and valve rooms are used between the main units. The automatic control of the process is achieved by using PLCs or similar automation systems for the dosing systems that operate in coordination with the measurement systems.

It is designed to obtain high e!ciency at the treatment of domestic

and industrial waste waters. This design was produced by using the

highest technology in the treatment "eld as results of minimum cost,

maximum e!ciency, high quality production basis, intensive laboratory

works and detailed engineering calculations.Processes were designed

considering of water consumption of 25-10.000 people and 200

L/population.day per person.

In the consequent having intervals active sludge Project the polluters

in waste water are turned in to carbondioxside and water by means of

micro organisms in a aerobic environment. By means of process

balancing structure 98 % re"ning e!ciency is obtained even in

#uctuated densities. Output water is comply with the standards of

receiver discharging environment of waste water control regulations.

It can be easily delivered to receiver environments (river, lake etc.).

The output water is at quality of water can be used to water the

garden. The sludge obtained from the system can be taken out by

sewage truck with 5 – 6 months intervals. The sludge taken place can

be used as fertilize.

This is the screen type used as both !ne and coarse screen at large

and medium size treatment plants. Without any limitation of channel

height,they can operate even in very deep channels. Linear mechanical

grid is a mechanical equipment which rakes and cleans vertically the

bar grid mounted at 75° angle to screen channel base.In general it

consists of chassis, !xed screen, peeling system and dustbin. All

movements of peeler palette are automatically controlled.

Peeling movement starts from the lower dead point and ends when

the counter peeler at higher point transfer the wastes accumulated in

Rotating drum sieves are thin grids safely used with all kinds of process wastes of leather, food, dye, textile, paper,s ugar etc. industries, as well as domestic and industrial waste water treatment plants. Rotating drum consists of the drum part of sieve, and special triangle cross-section bars. Solid wastes accumulate in the outer surface of the drum. Based on this special cross-section, it is almost impossible that the grid will occlude; and it enjoys a high level of porosity. Wastes collected at the outer surface of grid drum are peeled through a peeler blade and discharged in an accumulating container or directly into the conveyor system. Screening press ensures that solid wastes are removed through pressure. It is used in removing the water of screening wastes and compacting the wastes. Solid wastes kept at screens are transferred to conveyors and sent to the inlet of press. From here, pressure is applied through a screwed piston on the substances that enter into pressure area. The counter pressure needed at this point is provided by counter pressure created by solid substances accumulated in the discharge pipe. In the meantime, solid substances pass through water drainage holes and pour on the drop tray from where they are discharged.

Sand separators are designed to separate solid substances in the sandy water collected through sand peelers and they consist pf a conic tank and gimlet conveyor. Sand trappers are used for separating inorganic substances like sand or pebbles from water, and avoiding wear of pumps and similar equip-ments in treatment facilities and occlusion at settlement pools. Also sand trappers are used for trapping solid substances with density higher than 2650 kg/m3 and a particle diameter larger than 0.1-0.2 mm. It is produced so that foams and deep sludge in circular settlement tanks can be accumulated. Rotating bridge with scrapers can be designed at length equal to half - length or full - length of the pool diameter. Construction of the scaper bridge, panel, cage, pro!le or pipe alternatives are located. Linear scraper used in rectangular cross-sectioned pools are mostly preferred as sand and grease trappers at preliminary treatment plants. The sludge deposited at the base can be removed wither with air -lift method or through a pump traveling on the bridge. Thickener are the components which scrapers sludge into the tank center and ensure that the sludge is provided with a !uent and pumpable thickness. As solid substance contents of the sludge settled in the settlement poolsof treatment palnts is very low(0.6-2% solid substance), condensing process is employed toincrease this ratio and decrease the sludge volume. These aerators used in oxidation ditches; has a mechanical

structure formed of the actuator group (motor reductor), rotor,

elastic caplin and tipbearings. The main shaft forming the aerator

One of the oldest methods for treating the drinking water is the straining operation that can block the particles 60µm or larger in size. Two types of Sand Filter Systems are used as the Fast Filters ( 5- 15 m3 / m2.st) and Slow Filters ( 0,1 - 0,5 m3 / m2. st). Sludge thickening is the process of increasing the solids content of sludges from primary and/or secondary settling tanks. Belt thickeners widely serve to reduce the size of the subsequent sludge dewatering steps in treatment plants. Belt thickeners is used as a separate machine to provide sludge thickening or it can be integrated with beltpress to provide better dewatering results at the end. Thickened sludge still contains big amount of water and needs to be dewatered. Beltpress is a sludge dewatering machine designed for continuous operation and widely used in treatment plants, from middle to big capacity ones. Belt press frame and main body are manufactured from galvanized steel or stainless steel.

Screw conveyors are used to elevate and convey to a vehicle the waste solid which is based on from various parts of the waste water treatment plant. This equipment is formed by an inlet part for waste solid, a discharge part, a half circular bed and screw carrier. The screw carrier, which is actuated by reducer, elevates the waste solid from the inlet part to the discharge part and pour out the vehicle. The standard construction is of tub (U-type) and helical tube form and depending on request; they are produced from steel, painted steel and stainless steel. Flow in channels is controled by penstocks in municipal and industrial waste water treatment plants, potable water treatment plants and power plants. Penstocks which can be mounted on the channel or wall can be manual, electrical motored or pneumatic. Watertightness is supplied by "P" and "double lip" seals. Polyelectrolyte is an agent used in potable water or waste water treatment plants to aid !occulation process. In addition, it is utilized in sludge dewatering systems for conditioning of sludge Polyelec-trolyte make-up units are fully automated and provide continuous polyelectrolyte solution preparation with minimum labor require-ment. Main body of the unit is made of stainless steel and it is manu-factured as single, double or multi compartments.
