Why Exhibit?The exhibition at the AUDE 2019 conference will take place at Lancaster University. All stands will be in one space with catering provisions spread throughout, ensuring optimum exposure to the conference delegates.

Please note there will be a mixture of both 3mx3m and 3mx2m stands (50 stands in total), and the exhibition will take place in a marquee.

What’s Included?

There is an opportunity to sponsor the Gala Dinner on Tuesday 16th April at Lancaster University (venue TBC). This dinner is attended by delegates and specific sponsors only. Exhibiting companies and representatives do not attend this dinner which is the real advantage of this package. Please note the AUDE Awards will take place this evening and there will also be a sponsor for these (see following slide for details).

This unique sponsorship package provides something different for the delegates with a 3 minute meditation/relaxation session using virtual reality headsets. A comfortable seating area next to your stand will be created and 5 headsets will be available. All delegates will be given a portable power bank charger when they register at the conference, so they are able to charge their phone without a plug socket and take them home after the event has concluded. A room drop of a ‘gift’ of your choosing will be made to each of the delegates’ bedrooms. This opportunity will enable you to supply either a branded gift or a gift with a message that will reach each and every delegate. The sponsor will need to supply their chosen gift; however for a supplementary charge this can be sourced and arranged on the sponsor’s behalf. Please note that the gift will need to be approved by and delivered to the conference organisers prior to the event.

A professional masseuse will be set up giving delegates the opportunity to have either a 5-10 minute chair massage or a 5-10 minute hand and arm massage. What’s Included?

What’s Included?

To help encourage delegates to visit as many exhibitors as possible, in 2019 we will be issuing all attendees with a ‘Passport’, to be stamped each time they visit an exhibitor. Each exhibitor will have a sheet of stickers with their logo on to stamp the passports, and those delegates with 35 or more stickers will be entered into a draw to win a £500 voucher.
