Green Baby is a unique brand born in 1999 in London, England. Our 100% organic cotton clothing is not only award winning and fashion-led, but is fairly traded (GOT’s certified) by real people who have real relationships with Green Baby. We have evolved unrecognisably since 1999, but we stay true to our organic fairly traded roots! Our initial basic baby range has blossomed into the production of two seasonal fashion ranges each year for Green Babies and Green Kids, which are innovative and fresh. Not only are they gorgeous and organic, (yes, it gets better!) but they are designed with parents in mind. Making them affordable, wearable and of course- completely machine washable!

Green Baby also has a large handmade organic skincare range, featuring essential bath time products to maternal care, the award-winning products are free from any nasty chemicals and perfect for delicate baby skin. Hand-crafted in the countryside of Dorset, our skincare is made from entirely natural ingredients and of course- it is environmentally friendly!

Delivery

Our aim is to deliver within five working days of receipt of order, subject to availability, although please allow up to 14 days. Out of stock items may take up to 28 days. Postage on orders to British Forces Post Offices will be charged at the rate charged to us by the BFPO.

Returns and refunds

If for any reason you would like to return goods, please return it to us within 30 days. We cannot exchange/refund goods purchased over 30 days or before which have been used, washed or damaged. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights. With the exception of faulty goods, return postage, packing, insurance and direct costs cannot be refunded. We try to process returns as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 21 days. Where an item to be returned is a gift, a credit note will be offered to purchase alternate goods to the same value.
