In many ways, the story of AWC Systems Technology is

a story that can never be completely told. Much of what

we do is propriety in nature and for many who will use

our products the requirement for secrecy is even more

demanding. That is the world AWC serves, and we are

capable, comfortable and successful in our role within it.

In our third decade of producing the most modern, most

effective and most popular suppressors in the world, we

decided to share with you a little more than the all too

common we are the best refrains seen on the web, in

print and everywhere. The truth is we here at AWC have

prided ourselves on just concentrating on the business

at hand, that being, research and development, manu-

facturing and delivery to our world-wide clientele. The

demand for our products is at an all time high. For many,

that would be a time for celebration but, as we have beenat this awhile, we have learned that when we are busy,

really busy, times are soberingly difficult and dangerous

for those we serve. We only know one way to help them,

listen closely to their needs, design to exceed those

requirements and deliver the most advanced, most

effective products on time. Our clientele has responded

by being the most loyal customers in this industry. We

reflect on that every day, it is our greatest and most

palpable sense of accomplishment, service to our

AWC has provided suppressed weapons systems to theU.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force and U.S. Marine Corps.

We have supplied suppressed weapons systems to

major Law Enforcement Agencies, Wildlife Agencies and

such diverse groups as the U.S. Department of Inte-

rior, the Department of Energy, Federal and State cor-

rectional facilities, the R.C.M.P., and Special Forces units

throughout Europe, Central America, Asia and the Middle

East. It would be safe to say, that over the 28 years of

supplying suppressors to a remarkably broad spectrum of shoot-

ers we have literally seen it all. At AWC Systems Technology,

we pioneered much of the most important development work

in both symmetric and asymmetric baffling, initial blast contain-

ment, wipeless end baffles, gas-jet redirection channeling, heat

displacement pathing, advanced material utilization, captured

barrel harmonics and on and on. We have probably destroyed

more suppressors during our Fire-to-Failure testing than many

of todays suppressor manufacturers have had a chance to

make in total.

AWC Systems Technology has never been part of another com-

pany, nor was AWC ever spun off from another company. AWC

is, as it always was, one of Americas oldest, most respected

purveyors of suppressors and tactical weaponry. We take great

pride in what our work has meant to the sportsman and profes-

sionals who use our products day and night. We listen to what

our customers need, and make sure it becomes a reality. Our work

in development has never stopped and for good reason - our

developmental success is what may have brought you here, it

also is why a majority of suppressor shoppers stay and become

Operations, the AMPIIAN S has undergone 13 varia-

tions over 29 years making it the most advanced and

sought after integrated .22 cal. suppressor system

The Amphibian S was developed to meet performance

requirements in 3 specific areas: reduced weight,

improved accuracy and extended service life. The

improved accuracy is primarily achieved with the

new integral design, and is also more responsive to

simple user maintenance. Due to the radical aerody-

namic function of this unit the sound reduction perfor-

mance of the Amphibian S is simply remarkable. Often

The TITAN TREE suppressor is the newest generation

of the Warp3 and ackdraft series, which were origi-

nally developed for operational scenarios where high

efficiency, compact size and discreet appearance would

be essential features for the user; where a conven-

tional suppressor could not be implemented due to size

and weight restrictions. The advanced internal design

causes the main gas jet to move away from the bullet

and mix with the specially designed environment cells

to cool the gases at an increased rate.

The Titan Three will interface well with most .22

pistols and .22 rifles including all Walther and eretta

.22 pistols. ecause the suppressor is attached to

muzzle threads, it can be removed quickly returning

the firearm to its original appearance and use in non-

suppressed shooting requirements. Each suppressor

is issued with the key chain thread protector. Despite

its diminutive size the AWC Titan Three is an extremely

effective suppressor that outperforms many designs

more than twice its size.

The AWC ADLANDER is simply the Amphibian S

interfaced with the Ruger MKIII512 Target or PIII512

Pistol. Like the Amphibian S, the 2010 adlander is

shorter and features a significant weight reduction

through a new baffle design that utilizes a Titanium

and 303 stainless steel primary baffle system with

6061T6 secondary chambers. Improved accuracy isprimarily achieved with the new baffle design. The

new baffle and chamber system is also more respon-

sive to simple maintenance, significantly increasing

service life through a change in assembly methods.

Upon completion the entire weapon is treated with

a special charcoal black finish to give the adlander

a Parkerized look with added all weather protection.

The result is the most technically advanced pistol with

the look of the WWII or Vietnam Era weapons.

The ARCANEL series of muzzle suppressors has

always been in a performance class of its own, rivaling

most .22 caliber integral pistol designs. The ArchAngel T

Titanium is the newest generation of the ARCANEL

The Ultra II silencer is integrated with the barrel of

the reliable Ruger 10/22 rifle and other select .22

caliber semi-auto rifles. This small diameter silencer

has the appearance of a heavy target barrel and has

been chosen by numerous law enforcement agen-

cies to remove street lights, radiators and other

impediments while making drug raids in urban or ruralscenarios. It is also used by many recreational shoot-

bore closing wipe/mesh assemblies or extensive

The STALKER was developed in response to therecent surge in popularity of high performance rim-

fire and centerfire small bore weapons such as the

.17MR, .22MA, .22 ornet and . 221 Fireball cartridges.

Redesigned in May of 2009 the AWC Stalker again

exceeds the performance expected from this type of

system handling these particular calibers.

The silencer is constructed of 100% 300 series stain-less steel with all components 360 degree welded.

It could be considered a miniaturized Thundertrap,

and, like the Thundertrap, the Stalker dismisses

the report of the weapon. Any existing rifle can be

The JUPITER EE suppressor is a muzzle mounted

device designed to be compatible with most 9mm, .40

caliber & 10mm pistols. This suppressor, in addition to

significantly reducing muzzle blast, is also effective in

the elimination of muzzle flash, and it does all of this

as a dry suppressor when used in the 9mm configura-

tion. Optimal suppression with a .40cal/10mm Jupiter

Nexus .45 suppressor, the worlds first! The Nexus

III is a .45 caliber sound/signature suppressor that

accommodates a variety of pistols, allows the use of

full powered ammunition and provides reliable selec-

tive semi-auto firing. Its predecessor was built under

multiple US Army contracts for the lock 30, and now

AWC has the privilege of equipping elite Spec Ops with

the Nexus III for use on the Sig P220 Combat & K

USP Tactical Pistol. The Nexus III is built tough for users

who require equipment to flat out work regardless of

The AENDA SIX represents a breakthrough in

suppressor technology for submachine guns in .380,

9mm, .40cal, 10mm & 45acp. The newly redesigned

Agenda Six offers significant changes to the previ-

ous version of the Agenda Six, resulting in a lighter,

smaller diameter silencer. y design the Agenda Six

suppressor enhances the efficiency, accuracy and

function of the weapon on which it is mounted. This

silencer effects a significant reduction in muzzle blast

and flash signature in a shorter package.

The Agenda Six is available with a coupler assembly for

mounting directly to the standard MP5 3 Lug variant.

Users can specify mounts for the MP5N and NAV

The MK9 is the most successful submachine gun

suppressor that exists. The story of the MK9 starts

back in the early 80s. It was engineered to eliminate

the requirement for accuracy degrading wipes &

packing commonly used in suppressors built at that

time and surprisingly still used by some today (ack

to the future???). With 1000s of MK9s sold its basic

minimal back pressure design is still highly regarded

and often imitated. Today the 9th generation of the

The Raider represents a state-of-the-art design in

a durable, compact, ultra quiet silencer for 5.56mm

caliber series. The AWC Raider is so effective that

it can be used safely and comfortably without hearing

protection in confined areas such as underground

structures, aircraft hangers and small seagoing

vessels; however, in a totally open environment, such

as an open field, it is incredibly quiet.

Today the technology of the Raider has, among other

advancements in sound reduction: less weight, blow

back reduction control and high tech heat dissipat-

ing ceramic exterior coating. The Raider is capable

of withstanding rapid-fire semi auto and full auto

shorter, lighter and astonishingly quiet version cele-

brates the 5thgeneration of ThunderTrap dominance.

Delivering the accuracy demanded by tactical marks-

man, this new design retains spent gases for longest

period thus far, causing the sound emitted to be a

soft hiss rather than a pop. The gas exit delay time is

nothing short of fantastic and along with our propri-

etary frequency shift technology, observers were

unsure about hearing any supersonic projectile flight

signature (sonic crack). ThunderTrap is the new

The standard ThunderTrap is constructed for all cen-

terfire bolt and semi-auto rifles chambered in a .22

The AWC SPEC M1 silencer is the most effective

and compact device available for the M1A/M14 rifle

systems adding approximately 6.5 inches to the

length of the barrel. Our continuous R&D program

resulted in the new AWC Spec M1 7.62 silencer.

Among the many innovations the Spec M1 features a

reduction in weight, a new complex heat distribution

system and enhanced overall performance using our

advanced frequency shifting technology for which

AWC is well known. This suppressor reduces muzzle

blast to a level well below that of a .22 caliber rifle, the

flash signature is eliminated and the recoil is signifi-

cantly reduced providing a perfectly balanced instru-

ment. All of this is accomplished without any modifica-

tions to the barrel.

TURBODyNE .50 BMG

The AWC TURODNE is absolutely the most compact,

effective and quiet .50 caliber silencer available on the

market today.

The TurboDyne suppressor employs a sophisticated

baffle and chamber design that has allowed us to

maintain very high performance in a smaller envelope

making deployment of .50 caliber suppressed rifles

more practical. The suppressor design manages to

delay the hot expanding gas for a period of time causing

the sound emitted to be a thump rather than a bang.

Constructed of 100% stainless steel and 360 degree

circumferentially welded the TurboDyne produces less

noise than a .22LR. The bullet impact can be heard and

is the primary source of sound while the lack of the

concussion allows for comfortable shooting for hours.

The TurboDyne can be fitted to most semi-auto and

bolt action .50 cal rifles, mounting directly to the cur-

rent muzzle brake threads without modification to the

gun. The suppressor is also available in .416 caliber.

The AWC M91 DR (reakdown Rifle) is the only reli-

able system that meets the requirement for a Take-

down centerfire rifle. We have tested many designs

with removable barrels and have found the point of

impact shift to be beyond the acceptable level. Prema-

ture overall accuracy deterioration is potentially great

with the removable barrel rifles. Other designs break

down at the wrist where the rifle stock is the weak-

est, sacrificing stock integrity. Instead, we elected to

separate the stock at its strong point and re-attach

via 2 alignment rods and a steel anchor rod. This is

fast to remove and reassemble.

The AWC M91 DR can be broken down and reas-

sembled repeatedly with absolutely no change in zero

or accuracy. This rifle system is available in two stan-

dard customizable configurations, the .308 WIN and

.223 cal in either Right or Left hand bolt with barrel

length of 16.5 or 18.5. Other calibers are availableon a custom basis.

The AWC M91 DR and a full array of accessories will

conveniently stow away in a water proof hard case

with an overall length of only 37 in. The AWC M91 DR

comes standard with the custom foam cut out Pelican

hard case & Preset 65in lb T andle torque wrench.

This makes for the most transportable and versatile

rifle system available from any source.

HyPERDyNE II BARREL THREADING

When an extended barrel is necessary AWC acquires

these barrels 1 inch longer than standard, cuts and

re-crowns to proper length, properly threads the

barrel, & fabricates a thread protector. Accurately

machined and suppressor tuned match grade stain-

less steel barrels are available for eretta, rowning,

Colt, lock, Para Ordnance, Sig, S&W M&P, Springfield

Armory XD, Walther and others.

Since many weapons vary in tolerances some Semi-

Drop in barrels will need to be fitted by a knowledge-

able certified gunsmith. AWC performs fitting services

for $55.00 which includes fitting the barrel to the

pistol and function testing the pistol with and without

the suppressor.

The Fast Action olt Knob can be ordered as an option

for any of our precision rifles, or we can install it on

your rifle bolt. We remove the factory knob and strate-

gically position the AWC Fast Action olt Knob.

If you like to cycle your bolt fast, you will love this

option. This knob increases the speed and reliability of

cycling the action while maintaining target acquisition

and quick recovery with each executed shot.

The PER-DNE II is simply the most effective brake

available. If there were an acceptable muzzle brake

available from another source, we would not punish

ourselves producing this one. The yper-Dyne II signifi-

cantly reduces the dust and debris

signature during prone firing. The de-

vice forces the muzzle blast pressure

away from the shooter and observer.

It pulls enough recoil off a .300 WIN

MA rifle to allow you to shoot that

monster all day long. Recoil is reduced

to the extent that eye relief to the scope can be main-

tained and the target will remain in the field of view

when the weapon is fired.

AWC Systems Technology has fabricated systems

and tooling to insure correct fitting using class 3A

specifications. The 90 degree alignment shoulder is

extremely important for proper barrel to suppressor

engagement and is used as the alignment point for

the complete system. After threading we check every

job with calibrated o/ No o gauges to recheck our

own work. Fi nally, AWC fabricates a thread protector

that goes over the thread when the suppressor is not

being used. The finishing and detail work, make most

barrels look unmodified.

Many experienced machinists are capable of threading

a barrel; however, if they elect to not use thread gauges

you should question as to why, and ask how they

insure the threads are within spec.
