LupoLab’s founder, Mirko Silvestri, aims to deliver the time honoured traditions taught to him through his family’s Roman heritage. We believe that wine is an

extension of the meal, there to enhance your experience with us.

Alfredo Sparaco, our Restaurant Manager and Sommelier, has designed our wine list to make the most of your experience and to complement the cuisine of our

Head Chef Davide Furia and his team. Please have fun trying and matching your food and wine! There are no wrong choices when it comes to wine, just some that

are more orientated to your personal palate.

Our team is always happy to answer questions and assist in choosing the right wine for you. So whether you’re here on business, for a celebration or just for pleasure, we’re confident that you’ll find a wine to complement the occasion.

As a live wine list, it may change and expand all the time as we are always looking for improvements. We try to represent the different styles of wine being made in the

world today, reflecting the true character of its origins.

Franciacorta Cuvee Brut DOCGFranciacorta is Italy’s other Champagne. Franciacorta wines are made in the same way Champagne is made; by allowing the secondary fermentation to take place in the bottle. The Cuvee Brut DOCG Lantieri, is aged on yeast for 24 months. It is very elegant, intense, fresh and lightly soft. - It is a fine accompaniment with our chef’s board, winter ragu, beef cheeks or it is perfect as an aperitif.

Vermentino Di Sardegna DOCVermentino Di Sardegna comes from the island of wind and wine, Sardegna. It is typically a dry white wine, made in stainless steel. Hence there is usually no wood influence. Fragrant and intense, this Vermentino has Mediterranean garden essences: orange, grapefruit, lemon blossoms, sage and capers. - It pairs well with our burrata, octopus salad and fettuccini vongole and gamberi.

Barolo ChinatoBarolo Chinato is an aromatised wine, such as vermouth, made by adding a maceration of herbs and spices to one of the finest Italian wines, Barolo DOCG, Chinato takes it’s name from China, the Italian word for cinchona officinalis, the native South American tree from which quinine is extracted. The bark of this one of the principal flavorings of Barolo Chinato, along with gentian root, chamomile, cardamom and clove. It is amber colored with ruby red reflection, aromatic with spicy notes and the bittersweet taste of the China bark. - As a modern day tonic, enjoy it with our dark chocolate mousse at the end of your meal.
