Hospital Dementia Support ServicesThe hospital dementia support service is a partnership project between Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Alzheimer’s Society.

Our Aim: 

To provide support, guidance and information to people living with dementia, their families and carers who find themselves as patients across the different hospital departments.
