The Total Barre Fitness was created by a team of certified fitness and Pilates instructors and dance professionals. Together they are committed to developing safe and effective workouts that quickly develop long, lean muscles without the bulk.

How does it work?
Using the ballet barre, resistance bands and weighted balls, you will be engaged in an energizing combination of exercises that is unlike anything you’ve experienced before. Muscle sculpting, cardio training, core conditioning and deep stretching focusing on alignment of body. We took some principles from Pilates so it becomes safe exercise for everyone. All this, set to a great playlist.
The Pilates offers three types of Barre classes. Intro-level, Mix-level and Sulpt & tone Class. These three levels of class will be perfectly accommodate different level of clients and will be beneficial for everybody.
