Get out the memory you drew yesterday. Look at the words you wrote around the outside of this memory.

- Today, try and write 3 sentences describing this memory using some of the words you wrote yesterday. For example, ‘The first time that I went to the Wauchope Show it was amazing. There was so much colour and noise. I noticed the giant ferris wheel with its rainbow coloured carriages glistening in the sunshine.’ Listen here

Play Sight Word Kaboom with a family member. - Write your sight words on paddle pop sticks (or on strips of

paper) and place them into a cup. Write Kaboom on a few of the strips or sticks.

- Take turns at pulling out a paddle pop stick and say the word on it. Collect the words you know.

- If you get a Kaboom stick you have to put your sticks back. The person with the most sticks in 5 minutes wins the game. Listen here
