Honorees:

Bob BeamanBob grew up and lived in Madison, NJ most of his life, and became a successful IT & Hardware Engineer. His key activities outside of work included sports and the Boys Scouts of America, where he spent 37-years as an adult leader helping develop programs like the Strategic Youth Mentoring Program called LEDR.

Anthony DeSantisAnthony (Tony to friends) was born and raised in Hoboken, but later moved to Bergen County to raise his beloved (5) daughters with his wife, Lynn. A career in Business Development & Marketing led him to his passion at NJMEP, where he helped countless companies over his 14-years of Service.

Both Bob & Tony believed strongly in education – both Collegiate & Industrial/Vocational – so 100% of any money earned at the Golf Outing will support the Scholarships created in their names – the ‘Bob Beaman B-Involved Scholarship’ and the ‘Tony D Innovation Idol Scholarship’.

Team Eagle Foundation (TEF), headquartered in Madison, NJ, was incorporated in 2010 as a non-profit foundation established to recognize the need for contin-ued support of “maturing” youth by providing them with training in “applicable leadership for the real world”. TEF’s main program, LEDR (Leadership Excellence – Direct Results), is in its 5th year and is an exciting and educational week-long program, helping young men and women ages 15-20 years old connect with and become leaders in their community.www.tef-ledr.org
