B Fit•BU On August 28, 2007, the Beaman Center launched the B Fit•BU campaign. With the assistance of Belmont University President Dr. Robert Fisher, Commissioner of Health for the State of Tennessee Susan Cooper and former Tennessee Titan Eddie George, the Beaman Center introduced the new B Fit•BU initiative to the Belmont University community. The initiative focuses on raising awareness of the fitness opportunities provided for the Belmont community that lead to a healthy and active lifestyle.

The B Fit•BU tagline can now be spotted on all Beaman gear and promotional items as a reminder of Beaman’s commitment to provide a wide variety of programs that are beneficial. In addition to B Fit•BU advertising boards in the lobbies of each residence hall, the B Fit•BU blog (http://forum.belmont.edu/bfitbu) was also created to give the Belmont community yet another way to become aware of the fitness opportunities on campus.

Let us help you develop a lifestyle that is healthy and active and filled with physical activity. Whether it’s hiking, group exercise classes, intramurals, racquetball, rock climbing or strength training, every program that Beaman offers is about helping you to be fit.

Make the commitment!
