PLACEMENT FEEA cancellation $300/$270 fee will be charged if a student cancels the housing request less than 14 days before the occupancy date.SECURITY DEPOSIT If there is no damage in a student’s room and property. The student will receive a full security deposit refund. The cost of any damage will be deducted from the se-curity deposit. The student must submit the “Refund Re-quest Form” in order to receive a refund.AIRPORT PICKUP Guaranteed airport pickup from 8AM to 8PM (depend-ing on flight arrival time). Accommodation check-in time from 9AM to 9PM. Guaranteed pickup time (from accom-modation) between 7AM to 7PM. All students need to check-out from the accomodation before 12PM. We can-not guarantee airport pickup at any other time. Please contact USSS before booking your flight for other possi-ble pickup times. There is a $35 early/late pickup fee (if possible). All students who request our housing service MUST use our airport pick up service If our airport pick up service is NOT requested, $30 will be added to the

placement fee.OUR AIRPORT PICKUP SERVICE INCLUDES:• Meeting students at Los Angeles International Airport.• Taking students to the school to confirm the school and bus stop location.• Taking students to a local super market to purchase a monthly bus pass and groceries.• Taking students to their accommodation and showing them how to commute to and from the school • Confirm the bus stop location closest to their accom-modation.• Explain the housing rules and agreement before they move into their accommodation.• Please note that we will NOT be able to provide these services if a student arrives after 6:00pm OUR AIRPORT DROP OFF SERVICE INCLUDES:• Picking students up from their accommodation.• Helping students check in and making sure they get to their boarding gate.RENT*The housing agreement is a periodic rental agreement.
