• The book brought a message of Hope & assurance that Yahweh their God would intervene, deliver them from their present plight & establish his Kingdom;• Till then they were to remain

faithful to Yahweh & to his law

• So the core Message can be Summed up in two key truths:

HOPE in Yahweh for he will certainly intervene & establish his kingdom ;

Remain FAITHFUL to Yahweh & his law
