When the 2010 G8 Summit came to Mus-

koka, Hammond Transportation took up

the challenge of coordinating province

wide transportation for hardworking police

and security forces. Our dispatch team

coordinated up to 62 motor coaches per

day and worked with 14 industry partners

in order to provide 24 hour a day service

under contract to the RCMP. Thanks to

meticulous planning we were able to pro-

vide flawless transportation to the largest

OPP mobilization in the force’s history.

And when the call of duty came, our ex-

pert team was able to coordinate the

emergency redeployment of thousands of

security forces from the Huntsville G8 lo-

cation to downtown Toronto at the height

of the G20 riots.
