• While Saint Louis University has an old existing partnership also with Katholieke University of Leuven ( KUL )

• A call from the Flemish Universities thought it will be wise to submit a proposal involving all.

• The next move was that Dr. Coronel of SLU and Dr. Tagarino were asked to prepare the proposal. It was submitted and evaluated to be worthy of support.
