In response to the increasing public concern the

State Government recently released a document

purportedtobeaBruceHighwayUpgradeStrategy.

By any measure this document would have to be

grossly inadequate as a creditable basis for funding

applications to the Commonwealth.

in the Governments hastily prepared Bruce Highway
