IntroductionThis document details the bushfire management works and activities the Environment and Planning Directorate (EPSDD) plans to implement on land under its management during the 2017-18 financial year in compliance with the Strategic Bushfire Management Plan Version 3 (SBMP). The document constitutes a Bushfire Operations Plan (BOP) as stipulated under Section 78 of the Emergencies Act 2004.

ApprovalThe Emergencies Act 2004 requires the EPSDD BOP to be approved by the Commissioner of the Emergency Services Agency (ESA). The letter below is formal notification of approval of the BOP from the ESA Commissioner as required under the Emergencies Act 2004.
