Independence Day Celebration India celebrated its 75th Independence Day on the 15th of August, 2021. Since, 15th August was a Sunday–HO members celebrated the day on 13th August. Everyone came dressed in ethnic attire – in the colors of the ag. Respect was paid to our heroes who

fought for our Independence. Sweets were distributed amongst all. The HO was beautifully decorated by Ms. Bhumika Jeithiwal, Ms. Neelam Mishra with help from Mr. Biplab Mahato, Mr. Sanjoy Mahato and team.

CIPL organised a training & developmental session for its employees at Head Ofce in the month of August. The topic for the session was “How to full your dreams in life”. The session was taken by motivational speaker Mr. Yogendra Nigam.

He focused on topics like how to identify the barriers in one's life that stops one from achieving their goals. He also talked about how we must focus on tasks which are important and manage time properly.

Induction Training – August

An Induction training was held for the

new recruits. The training sessions were headed

by Mr. Asit Gupta supported by Mrs. Sneha

Singh and team. The new CIPLions were taught

about the company policies and importance of

QUALITY.

CIPL Clothes Donation Drive A small gesture by us can be a boon for the poverty stricken, deprived people to stay happy during the cruel summer / winter season. CIPL decided to help the less fortunate and show generosity by donating clothes to keep the deprived ones comfortable in harsh

summers and winters. The CIPL Clothes Donation Drive was held in the month of September and it was met with an overwhelming response! The clothes were donated to an NGO called “Indra Kusth Ashram” that helps people with leprosy.

● CIPL was awarded the work for highway lighting & toll plaza lighting with solar plant at Eight Lane Carriageway starting at Haryana-Rajasthan border and ends at Junction with SH44 (Km 78+800 to Km 115+700) section of Delhi – Vadodara Greenfield Alignment (NH-148N).

● Project Value: Rs. 2.78 Cr.
