Cadsquare Limited is an award winning architectural and urban design practice based in Hampshire, which has worked nationally since it’s foundation in 2001.

Operating from a converted, barn, Cadsquare has established a high reputation as a professional practice with a heritage of excellent planning approvals, quality designs and exceptional working drawings.

Skilled presentation coupled with successful results have enabled us to achieve our aim of a quality service to our clients.

We offer fully integrated feasibility study, planning design and technical service packages which can be tailored to suit the individual needs of demanding clients and our strength is to focus on achieving the balance between commercial ‘buildability’ and design excellence.

Cadsquare’s client base for housing is extensive, ranging from individual bespoke companies offering multi-million pound luxury detached homes, to national house builders who provide anything from starter flats through to family homes, to private individuals who require large extensions or new houses entirely.

Flats

Whether it’s low or high density accommodation, Cadsquare takes pride in collaborating with the client to understanding their needs, and in working together to achieve a quality development.

Increasingly there is a focus on low cost housing. Cadsquare has worked with numerous large scale Housing Associations and can demonstrate a vast experience in the field.

Commercial

Cadsquare has a complete understanding of industrial, retail, and commercial buildings and is able to offer clients a full spectrum of expertise from planning through to construction

Mixed Use

Our Role is multi-functional, from small scale projects involving two or three consultants, up to Lead Consultant for large complex developments involving:

- contamination- flooding- ecological studies- archaeological data

All of which are now to the fore in today’s working environment.

Embracing sustainable issues, the Cadsquare Team is moving forward in taking a pro-active role in understanding and fulfilling ecological design systems and promoting renewable energy sources.

Cadsquare are specialists in concept master planning. We take development opportunities through from Local Planning Review and analysis to the realisation of sustainable designs by producing innovative transport, commercial, residential and mixed use solutions.
