performance expression.

Finnish/America CenterProviding vibrant color and
warmth to the harsh and low lit winters of Nordic city through
light sailing walls, while the building face can provide a blank canvas for summer activities such
as movie and art projection.

Kansas City AirportA building gesture of connecting the landscape and act of flight as
a way to greet and bid farewell to the over 12 million yearly
passengers. A single level change will move people up as they depart the land to take off or
move others down as they arrive to their awaiting city.

Thesis: Geology MuseumA geology museum that highlights both natural and human induced
erosion of the landscape. Site located on a narrow strip of land overlooking the limestone bluffs of the Mississippi river and deep
canyon like mark of the limestone quarry. A series of pavilions house the geology displays while bridges
guide you to understand the eroded landscape.
