Firs t-y ear stud ent s hai l from Beni n, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea -Conakry ,  Nigeria, and the US; other countries rep resented on campus are Bur kina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Congo-Brazzaville, Mali, and  Niger. Nineteen professors, both resident and adjun ct , ar e teachi ng duri ng the 9- week semester and come fr om Be ni n, Burkina Faso, Gha na, T ogo , and the Uni ted States. From Marc h 1 to 8, a construction team from California, USA, worked to remove the roof, gut the building, and pour footings for 21 columns that will eventually support 4 floors. Immediate plans are to add one floor and complete the ground and first floor for use. The 3 additional floors will be built as funds allow. Classes were held in the evenings to accommodate those who have jobs. NIGER: Please pray that classes may resume at this center. Many want to come but lack the time and/or means to make the trip to Niamey. SENEGAL: Eight students attended class in January/February. Please pray that the Lord will call and enable more to enroll in the center in this strategic country . SIERRA LEONE: Twenty-four students took courses in January/February; 6 or 7 hope to finish in Lomé this year. Students and alumni are involved in new training centers  being opened around the coun try to serve both pastors and lay workers.
