What is CEED?
→ Cultural Envoy for Exchange Development sends members from one AIESEC entity to another to work as a member at another entity for the purpose of best practice sharing, partnership development, member development, and cultural exchange. The program serves as an excellent way to give AIESECers an incredible international AIESEC experience while allowing the AIESECers to immerse themselves into the another AIESEC entity by working for them.
What is the importance of a CEED?
→ A CEED enables AIESECers to work for AIESEC in another entity to advance their personal and professional development whilst contributing to their host MC or LC. For this specific CEEDership of LC UKM of AIESEC in Malaysia, we will be receiving experienced iGCDPmembers to help us out with the operations as Project managers to develop our projects, manage our EPs and handle EPs’ project execution.
Ceedership
JOB DESCRIPTION:1. Attend project transition and project meeting ;2. Conduct project meeting and manage EPs for project execution after arrival of EPs ; 3. Develop EPs’ learning cycle, provide training and track on EPs’ performance ; 4. Handle EPs to work on delegation application of ‘Entrepreneur and Youth – A Learning Platform(EYLN)
conference’ which will be held on 1st-3rd of August 2015 in LC UKM ; 5. Handle EPs to work on publicities and marketing of EYLN conference ;6. Coordinate the reception of the EPs upon arrival of EPs ; 7. Contact and communicate with project partners on projects’ updates ;8. Take charge in project development and document related project materials and files
BACKGROUND:→ Experiences in ICX area (PREFERRED) → Experience abroad (PREFERRED) → Leadership experience → Excellent English (REQUIRED) → Goal oriented → Team work experience → Problem solving → Independent
KPI:→ No. of meeting done→ Satisfaction level of EPs’ experiences→ Satisfaction level of project partners on
efficiency→ No. of delegation for EYLN conference→ No. of outreach and publicities for EYLN

WORKING CONDITION AND BENEFITS:
→ Working hours: 40 hours per week. At least 5 working days per week (project meeting may be held after 6pm)
→ Duration : 17th MAY-27th JUNE, 2015
→ Accommodation will be provided
→ Transportation : Bus in university.
→ Internet condition : Free WI-FI in certain areas of university
→ Food : Canteen in University (approximately RM5-7 per meal) (PAID BY OWN)
→ Certificate will be provided after completing CEEDership
