This is the tree in the street currently. A medium sized flowering deciduous tree. This is a good street and shade tree that has an appealing vase-shaped form with a rounded crown. It is tolerant to drought and air pollution, and is a nice option for a variety of urban locations.

A consistent, no fuss native tree. These flowering natives grow straight which trees in the median are require to do. A medium to tall robust tree which grows quite fast. The crown is rounded and spreading, with a moderately dense canopy.
Chinese Elm - UprightUlmus parvifolia
An evergreen to semi-evergreen medium sized flowering tree. It has a moderate growth rate, broad and irregular crown with graceful, twisted branches. The canopy is low density and very open. These will perform well in the conditions are currently not effected by elm leaf beetle or fruit borer.
