TRAINING SESSIONS IN KRYVYI RIH

REGIONThere are 23 schools in Kryvyi Rih region. 18 teachers took part in the training sessions during the September-December 2016 and finished the program successfully.

There were 8 training session, 40 hours of hard work to change teachers’ attitude to their work and show them the way for Teaching for succees.

According to trainees’ expectations:• They became ready for real

changes in our education• They identified ways for CPD• They became the members of

successful teachers’ community with a good rapport and social relationships

• They got a lot of ideas, activities, techniques that could made their teaching practice more effective from the first day of using

THE WIND OF CHANGES• Dnipropetrovsk oblast has a team of the trainers, who are prepared according to the high standards of British Council• These trainers conducted training sessions for more than 170 English teachers• We built a great community of teachers who are working according to the Teaching for Success approach• The main aim of the project English teachers as change agents wasn’t to change the educational system at once, but show the way, which every teacher could follow
